Here the managers don't listen to the ideas and suggestion of the Employees towards the client query and if Associate have an suggestion. If we agrue on some of the points and try to keep our points then Associate Managers don't listen and try indirectly keep this in mind and at time of appraisal and promotion they give the negative feedback to the Mageres and Director. And also no Bonus are being stops and reason are give like your re not working properly and hardly meets the request and all<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Colleagues especially senior team members do internal politics and whatever you do to give your best. They will always pull you back by giving incomplete trainings to the work items so that you don't have sufficient knowledge and they have the control on you. They keep blaming you for their own mistakes#fff5e4;">. They will do time pass and take break as per their wish and blame on you guys for extending the shift</mark>. They will store all the processor errors and give fail back work at the end of shift time and blame that they are processing incorrectly that's why extending shift and blame that they are processing slowly so how can we qc fast. There is no unity and no team bonding in the team because senior team members and TL don't want it. They only want to rule on the processor and put unwanted pressure on them. If the processor does well, they will harrass them by naming weird names or make fun of them in front of other team members. This is very frustrating and we can't complain about them to anyone because they have good repo with managers. Manager listen to them first because they have the process knowledge. Processor can't help it and they are suffering because they also have family to look after and can't leave job so easily in this tight job market. This is the dark reality of SLF team in Canada process of SS&C Technologies. No HR in night shift. Work policy is hybrid but Team Leader force you to come office by false blaming that processor don't work properly from home. These are the names of those who are doing all these. Work culture is pathetic i would say where you are expected to work for 12 hours a day without any overtime compensation. If you cant work for the desired amount than you need to provide a medical certificate showing any illness as a reason of not working for more than 10 plus hours.
