List goes long Micro management No appraisal also with making you feel guilty that you are asking for it No work life balance i have seen people working coming 9 in the morning and going 9 in the evening as going on time is considered as going too early No other financial benefits They use amodule IMS and make you do entry of everything Micromanagement at its peak no trust in their employees All they care about target I have heard from my senior that they will say that you will get variable if company crosses mark of target but always increasing the same so that its never achieved No WFH always monitoring you If you ask for wfh they make you get approval like a kid No hygiene of washrooms every now and the</mark>.
