I like confidence of Company Owner to his employees but management create so much pressure whether owner never want to pressrise. This confidence none want increase between employees.

Dislikes

Company management never take interest for employees job security, food issue, health issue, residential issue. There some management people present the blame, tell a lie and block the job of any employee.
