This company was like a entrance coaching centre for me. No work life balance . The management consider employees as not humans they force us to do overtime work and even on holidays and no salary for that. No kind behaviour from management. No job security at all. So overall my experience was terrible here.

Dislikes

Managements behaviour. And work culture since this company doesn't have a quality of a MNC.

Work Details

It was terrible had to work overtime on almost all days without the extra pay and no transport if we are getting late also had to work on holidays as well. No appreciation for the hard work you do.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
