The good things are company has a modern approach towards the warehousing & Transportation sector. company has a good vision when it comes to technology.

Dislikes

The yearly appraisal should be on list of any company as motivated employees can bring the changes company wishes to achieve in long & short run. besides, i think Leadership must give confidence to employees on regular intervals about the financial health of the organization so that employees cant be misled by false rumours.

The job is quite interesting .struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same tea

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Feel like family in the office ,our RM Mr. Satish rao very good,polite and understanding person. He is some time rode but treats like his kids

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.no increment,discrimination against outsiders/other state people
