Likes: "STJ Electronics has a very good HR team that communicates well with employees. Salaries are provided on time, and there is a lot to learn from the company. The company fully supports its employees, and the staff is also very cooperative and helpful."
Dislikes: "The only thing I find a bit challenging in this company is that field employees can be asked to go anywhere at any time. However, this isn’t really a major dislike. Overall, the company is very good — it just needs to focus more on growth opportunities."
