Not much opportunity for career growth. People tend to get saturated quickly. My work was good, team was good, but I've personally heard many complaints against the management. Not many benefits as well. It's a "go to work, come back home" place - can't expect anything exciting.

Flexible working days/hours. A company culture was also painfully lacking

Work was personally very good for me - quite chilled out - of course when work was too much, team mates were all cooperative. Overall, work was good, but tends to get monotonous.

you will be on full time employment on their payroll they don’t have good communication with client.you have to follow up for anything with the client else have to wait months to get any issue shorted. They never extend contract on time and at last minute they will say your contract is not extended so then you have to start looking for other jobs.Fully Female management so good at making people fools....Read More

Only 6 Month Long Project Yes, I was told that project duration would be atleast 1 year. But it ended randomly in 6 months. If you are looking for a 1 year or long-term project please look other options.

Company doesn't value there employees. You cannot say NO to anything to the management of you don't like something then you will be radar and asked to leave the company. Unnecessary pressure building is done without any logic to front sales guys. Sales incentives are paid very late (almost they a year to release) and when you followup then they tell that they don't have money (even the CEO says this). Very irresponsible management and there are alot of politics inside. No hikes...Read More
