The work culture here is a big plus too — they celebrate all the major festivals and special days in India, which brings a warm, fun, and connected atmosphere to the team. One of the most glaring issues at Sunbrilo is the complete lack of job security. There's a perpetual cloud of uncertainty looming over every employee. Layoffs and arbitrary terminations are far too common, creating an atmosphere of constant anxiety and fear. Good Place to learn and explore as it's major client has a good project and we can learn alot along with it.

Dislikes

Salary wise not incremented as promised and not proper management as of now. Company changes policy in anytime. Appraisal not based on performance and right now underpaid.
