My team is very cooperative and helpful and about job security I always completed my target and about like to like we are on growth and we are giving growth to company and when the day Superdry launches Jammu is in the top 3 in India so Job is very sercure and maybe this year I get promoted but I m not Happy with appraisal bcOz I get 100 % business and more then but last to last we get 12-15% appraisal on our package ..We learn a lot in Superdry about reporting kpI Vm stock maintaining dealing with costumers and best I learn is managing the things and I learn the value of time I get serious in my life overall I m soo Happy 😃 with working with Superdry ......Read More

Dislikes is nothing just they don’t keep out for anything like picnic and don’t offer any tour ... and I wish we get more appraisal and I don’t want ctc option means 80-20 ...

I am a fashion consultant in Superdry. Every morning when I reach store first I do replenishment in store after that I do VM and then I make sale report and in regular basis I do global count as well, update offers new collections to our loyal costumers.
