For skill development at wind power it is the best platform.

Dislikes

Lifts are not installed in S6X, S82 and S88 machins. Manual climbing is the main problem in these machines. IN hybrid machines not working properly, 140Mtr hieght m/c climbing is major issue.

You will get lots of technical to learn. There is lot of flexibility in work space you can develop technical + managerial skills.

Dislikes

There is no JD and work alignment. It's just a big name, in the name of increment you will get only chavani and management says increment is as per Bell Curve. But every single mid range employee is unsatisfied. The older senior is big irresponsible.

Suzlon is one of the worst companies to work, no matter in what department you are working. Senior management is garbage and illiterate. You have to work more than 10 hours daily and even if you work more you don’t get any promotions because of dirty office politics. One such case is with a manager name Sri Rama Durga Prasad Namala from the IT department. This person does not know how to take the responsibility, does nothing but talk shit in office, does nothing but take meetings to which does not even bother to listen. If you have no talent and no self respect then work in this company but don’t work under Sri Rama Namala’s team. No work life balance, people in this company don’t have any knowledge, complete harassment of freshers and no promotions. The company doesn’t not even have or follow any projoect management norms what else can you expect. Horrible Company...Read More
