The Brand TATA is the only reason to like this company.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible and toxic. Senior leaders are arrogant and treat juniors like assistant only. Infinity batch (Cader, Freshers) are treated like use and throw tissue paper. Company take advantage of freshers in the name of salary offering and position offerings. The company is destroying name of TATA. The Brand TATA is knownfor people's benefit and value for people but TATA AutoComp System Ltd is completely opposite of this. I recommend freshers to not get into their false promises. Take a lesser package and position instead of destroying your career here in this worst TATA company. One more this to highlight is that the very awards they are getting is by providing complete false information the ground reality of the company and their business units is disgusting. This company is a disaster in anyone's career....Read More
