Internal politics. How much ever you work, people who are close or who knows higher officials will have faster growth than you. You wont be paid for overtime at all, pay is not good compared to competitors.

Very few people's are there in the operations who are actually well skilled. They know how to deal with any given situation.

Dislikes

Few people's from the senior management plays their monopoly. Those don't value the hard works done by the actual good employees. They have only focus on those people ls who are close to them or their relatives. Those management people's are not ready to hear the truth. They always want words what pleases them.
