Nothing , only feel proud for work with TATA

Dislikes

Canteen facility is very poor and large amount pay for launch . Work culture is not good , not any satisfaction . Salary comes very little in hand . Doing extra hours duty with 6 days working .

Work culture &Ethics has degraded very much,managers will threat you of suspending you from job at each and evry situation. There is an air of fear in the atmosphere.

Safety is too hard in tata steel this may affect production /all manpower pressurised by senior persons/no overtime but pressurised give extra time to company
