Job security is high, salary and appraisal.. It's a secured job for permanent employees.

Dislikes

Politics. For women employees, there is no safe at all, some male dominations, ego, partiality, discriminatory, personal, physical, psychological harassment will be there... If you complaint also, company still they didn't take any action.. They will consider to change department in your similar field but their also you will face the same things.

Big office, nice culture, friendly people, opportunities to grow, and getting chance to go to headquaters in Spain on 3 months deputation.

Dislikes

The salary for freshers is very poor. Fresher's survival in Bangalore at just Rs. 4LPA is not possible. Other companies on the other hand pay Rs. 6LPA to freshers. Looking at the manhours we are giving, the initial pay is very bad. Had the pay been Rs. 6LPA, this company would have been the best.
