Preetha Palamalai was the worst manager in NON-IT Team. She discreminate people based on their language & which place you are belongs to. If you dosen't have a good band with her she can throwth you out from the system showing you are not a good perfermer despite of having a huge contribution to the organization through the joinees you have deployed to client place. She will demotivate/disrespect you if you are not a good listener to her<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Upper management will not help you after knowing your capability/ after seeing your performance because they wants cost cutting of the company</mark>.
