1. Ambiguity in job roles and functions, you can be held responsible for other departments not doing their jobs and can be yelled using badwords including mothers and sisters by the lala. 2. They can hire you for something and ask to do something else or fire you in just a couple of months. Hence, nor a good choice if looking for stabilizing your career. 3.
