I was there around 8+ years as a CAD Designer but suddenly Management forced me to Resign forcefully I highlighted to BU Higher management about same but no one helped. Due to out dated CAD tool and non Engineering work (Most products are catalog) I struggled lot for get job after they kicked out I was with my family and small babyIt was very difficult to work in such unsafe organization. Now they are hiring PG candidates for Drafting work there is no any technical growth at all. NPD department doesn't delivered any job from last 15+ years. Its like call center job. Management will show you around 70% employee having 10+ or 15+ years of experience in same organization but reality is different they are not getting job outside after this type of experience. Think twice before act Location of company and Neat and clean office is not helping for Job security and improve your skills. Top management and HR Richa is very dominating in nature lots of politics is there its not single case they did with many like me....Read More

You will get a lot of learning. Typical old school.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No exposure. People with 20+ years experience in this same company have no exposure of other corporate try to do something out of the box which has no sense and terribly fail. Also a lot of dirty politics and favouritism’s are at peak. The management especially Pune COE can’t accept women coming into leadership role or excelling. Never join this company if you want to grow.
