Tek System in Bannerghatta road Bangalore is very terrible. They will definitely hire you and offer with one of the clients. Employees payroll everything will be under Tek Systems, only work with clients. This Tek Systems is not giving any hike or appraisal from 2021. Lekha is one of the HR in Tek Systems, she is arrogant, dominance, not able to hear employees words.

Dislikes

1)Lekha is blody HR. 2)No appraisal or hike for the working with clients. 3) Tek Systems easily blame on Clients company HR that they are not giving hike or appraisal.
