I have always been given ample opportunity to grow myself and keep learning new things. A dedicated team is always good to work with and an environment where everyone knows their responsibility and focus on that.

Dislikes

Here self learning and getting trained is emphasized which is good sometimes but it takes time, as you learn from your mistakes not anyone who has walked the path.

I'm leading the Business development team here which covers ,marketing,pre-sales, sales, and sometimes the project delivery as well.

Did not found such flaw or dislike in teqfocus till now. But, yes I will be more happy if I got pay scale better. It's low so far as per my expectation.

Basically I am working as salesforce developer in teqfocus. We have to work on frontend as well as backend in salesforce as a developer. Admin & development work both are important part in my job role.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings) 

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
