I've really enjoyed my time here because of the positive work environment and the emphasis on growth and development. The company invests a lot in its employees by providing training on new technologies. There are always opportunities to upskill, and I've learned a lot since joining. Promotions and appraisals are based purely on performance, which feels fair and motivating-it's refreshing to work somewhere where merit matters more than favoritism. The work-life balance is great, and I've never felt pressured to stretch beyond work hours. Like any company, there are some area for improvement. Sometimes communication across different teams could be more streamlined to avoid misunderstandings. Another area that could be enhanced is the benefits package. While it's decent, adding more options related to health and wellness, or flexible working arrangements, could go a long way in enhancing employee satisfaction. Lastly, while the workload is generally manageable, there are times when deadline can feel tight, and some more proactive planning could help balance the demands across the team more evenly. If you are a fresher don't join here, it was the biggest mistake I made. There is no learning curve in this organisation nor does it have the right proper infrastructure in place to support your professional career. The management has untealistic expectations from the employees which you will never fulfill even if your try your best. You will be wasting important time in your professional career without learning and having a chance to grow yourselves as an individual....Read More
