On time salary is the only good factor about this company

Too much of Ad-hoc and dynamic work is assigned which is not described on prior-hand. Senior level management is good for nothing and doesn't care about employees. Employees are underpaid during appraisals (peanuts) whereas expenditure during office parties are very high. Rigid policies is for employees which becomes flexible only when the crisis lies on senior level management. Employees are robots for them instead of humans....Read More
