SAlary is good. Work flow is good, as such got to develop my skill

Dislikes

Extreme work pressure with lots of management interferance. Biased on appraisal. Not proper support system and infrastructure to handle the work pressure . Not appreciating individual effort given to the institution.

Work Details

As a associate consultant my work to do CT, MRI, Xray and USG reporting ; each of them turn wise. Had to attend on calls twice a week and also do sunday on call about once a month. Occasionaly also had to do small interventions like biopsy.
