I dislike the policy of extending the services after the superannuation age. The living example is- The current HR Head has been brought in after he was enjoying after retirement . as he is known to the Executive Director. The current stenographer to the HR Head is enjoying 5th running year of extension of service. This is a semi-skilled job and doesn't require a high skill. There is another case in Contract Labour section. The Section Officer is coolly enjoying the benefits of the extension of service. This is also a clerical and desk job. There are innumerable such cases in the company. How will the new and professional employment generate? there are talents available in the market. You just have to tap it. Will the Owner/ Exective Director change the policy and become professional or continue with the current system? That has to be looked into....Read More
