Salaries are on par with product companies. Company is very feedback oriented and HRs ensure that employees are heard properly. Rotation between projects after spending enough time in a project. Good skill development in analytics.

This company was good. For the last few years, it has become a toxic place with lot of gossips about people. The work culture absolutely turned around. Now it is just filled with people who have been associated with them from inception. No appreciation or recognition from management. Your manager will never support you. If you open up to the pso team, next day your manager will be with them. Absolutely no privacy. There is a guy is pso team, he will never be ready to listen to you.
