Very bad experience, this company is not having anything. They make us to work 12+ hours sometimes, it was fine for us because we were getting out salary on time but now they are not able to pay the salary so they laidoff of us without paying 3month's salary. This company have to pay due to 1 and half lakh to me, similarly my other colleague are also struggling. We were good performers, we were working in HR department, gave out 200% for this company but no respect back. No positive review to share....Read More

No pay past 3month and did laidoff, hiring for sales only to fire in 3months, no work life balance, workload, no appraisal after 1,2,3 year. Promotion without hike, micromanagement, Target oriented work culture

Big brand and also provide all the benifits to their employees but so much politics run secretly by their senior employee like SM AGM and TL overall it's a big deal to work with BYJU's but due to Target phase promotion sometimes wrong employees sat on the big chairs

Dislikes

Very bad politics you all just can't imagine harrasment, bullying, frightening these are elements they use to make target fullfilled sometimes they use fake sales to achieve their targets and gets promotion
