What I like most about ExcelR is that everything is student-focused, with the learning flow of recording sessions, assignments, and capstone project support. Plus, students always have support if they get stuck at some point. The Resume building and mock interviews help boost their confidence and prepare them for the job market. The workplace is rife with hostility, and the management’s attitude only exacerbates the issue. This company has no idea how to treat applicants. It’s like they’re running a circus.

Dislikes

The organization claims to value inclusivity but acts otherwise. The stress here is unbearable; turnover is through the roof. Lack of transparency in decision-making leaves employees feeling insecure. Daily meetings are overwhelming and often feel like a waste of time, detracting from actual project work.

Many coworkers are unhelpful and too busy to offer support. Onboarding was a nightmare; I didn’t receive any useful information, and it felt very disorganized. The environment for contractors is toxic. There’s no chance for growth, and the stress levels are high. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My supervisor treats everyone like they’re incompetent. This condescending behavior creates an unhealthy workplace dynamic. I experienced unprofessional behavior daily, which was demoralizing.

I am a happy employee of ExcelR as I have been working here since more than 3 years and it has been a good experience. I feel proud of my job as we get to focus on the customer satisfaction and the management is very supportive. They pay us well and there is no boundation on breaks. I have learnt a lot here and still continuing to do so. Must join ExcelR!!

Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.

I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good. In short if you want a really stressfull and suffocating work environment without any perks or benifits, where incentive is a myth join here....Read More

I had to fight just to get paid for the work I completed months ago. Expect to work unpaid overtime consistently. Any attempt to discuss this with management falls on deaf ears.
