People in Gurgaon office are good. The office environment is vibrant.

When I started with Thoughtworks, it wasn't a publicly listed company. There was a lot of clarity and transparency around things. I personally got to work with a bunch of really smart people. This company is all about people. Flexible working hours. No pushing people based on their role or experience. A grad can challenge a Lead Consultant culture is really amazing.

Dislikes

Now they are taking any project to keep the financials good which later creates a problem with clients on cost vs value and people no longer get to do their best. Huge management hierarchy. Missing long term vision.
