Good for learning for freshers to gain knowledge but not good to continue the job here if benefits and salaries are compared

Dislikes

Mainly HR dept and their policies are pathetic Work culture is very worst Mainly pressure will be put on the people who take responsibility and leave aside the people who are actual responsible Salaries and Benefits are not good below Managerial level cadres Boss culture is worst here. Boss will be unskilled but manages to utilise lower cadre achievements as his infront of top management Top management also gives priorities and benefits for those unskilled bosses. Worst travel policy which is designed in 2014 by its pathetic HR dept and the same is being followed in 2023...Read More
