Managers supports employees who takes breaks with them. Bonus is distributed as per the position and not as per the work or potential. More emphasis on extra activities and participating in the fun activities organised by the team. Manipulation of the data presented to the stakeholders. Also trackers use for tracking daily activities are easily manipulated by manager's favourite employees and no concerns are raised for them. Awards and Recognitions are distributed as per favouritism and not as per the quality and efforts of the individual.
