I appreciate the punctuality of the employer giving salary on time and supporting for personal problems.

Dislikes

work culture is not so good, they don't have the manners to talk to employees, they don't give that much attention to any problem that occurs you have to solve it on your own.

Good work environment, we get to learn a lot of experienced professionals in real time. Scope to learn and work on multiple technologies in less time. Though we get low pay at the beginning, they provide good pay raise once we get a promotion.

Dislikes

Work can get hectic and tedious sometimes. Lot of office politics and back biting.
