1. work-life balance - very poor. Though work hours is general shift you are required to check official WhatsApp group messages 24/7 because there will be always some or other issues in the plant. You cannot take rest with peace and enjoy with family. Even when you are on holiday trips you are required to attend to office calls/WhatsApp message and respond. 2. People at managerial level are very smart and cunning. They just delegate work to subordinates and sit simply. No responsibility and leadership qualities in most HODs. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Work culture - No clarity in communication from your reporting boss and they expect you to learn everything in a very short time</mark>. 4. Self growth - Very few trainings per year provided from company and that too are simply waste trainings. 5. Salary structure - There is a huge gap between CTC and gross/net. No actual allowances, incentives and variables. They are just simply there in your payslip....Read More

I have been work in TTK Health care Ltd for four years.But company HR department said you will work in off roll one year, second year we are taken in company on roll saying but my life four years contact this is main dislike.

I am doing account payable(consumables and Raw material bill), petty cash handling(petty cash voucher passing),I made debit note & credit note, bank receipts, FG material dispatch, above all mentioned that works I am very well.
