Nothing, it's just useless and waste of time.

They ask you to work for 8 hours, but the ideal work will be for more than 11 hoursin order to complete 8 hours. Pay is based on the number of hours you work. Even if you work 11 hours, it may be counted as 4 or 5 hours sometimes. They offboard you for silly mistakes No job security No fixed pay No development work, you should be working as a trainer for llm which is of no use for you No skill development No promotions No hike for promotions if you are promoted Most important thing, no peace and work life balance...Read More
