So start karte hai jab mene job start ki, almost mene 5 mahine kaam kiya hu is AMPA Orthodontics PVT LTD, (Toothsi Aligners) company mein, As a Inside Sales Specialist, Mera kaam tha Customer ko call karna jisne Dant ko Perfect align kara ne ke liye interest show kiya tha, ab yaha pe customer ko Price janna hota hai, Yahhi par hamara kaam shuru hota hai, humko customer ko Aligner ki faltu USP batani hai, Aur agar customer bolrah hai ki mujhe sab pata hai, tab bhi bata na hi padega, nhi toh FATAL ayega Quality ki taraf se, aur 1 Fatal ane se Salary se 5000rs Cut hoke milti hai, Sirf USP nhi bohot si faltu Quality paratmeter hai is Ghatiya company ki, (Actually company abhi loss me chal rahi hai aur Funding pe zinda hai iske liye Employee ki salary kat kat ke apna Guzara kar rahi hai) tumhari shift 10 am se 7 pm ki hoti hai par jab tum job ke liye jaoge toh tumhari shift 10:00am se raat ke 9:00pm tak hoyegi, Agara tumne company ke per day basis wale Unachievable targets, complete nhi kiya toh, jese ki Tumlogo ka kaam CSB karna hota hai, CSB mean Confirm Scan Boooking, Jisne customer dusre din Danton ka Scan karata hai, taki usko price pata chale Aligners ka, per day ka Target 5 CSB hota hai, tumhara montha SD ka target 25+ ka hoga SD means Scan Done, jiske basis pe tumko PIP ata hai, Yani ki tumko kaam pe rakhna hai ya nhi, agara PIP aa gaya toh Unachievable targets rehte hai, jisko pura nhi karne pe Termination ya Spot Resign dalne ko bolte hai, sabse ghatiya yaha pe Partiality hoti hai, DATA hi sab decide karta hai ki tumhara kitna SD CSB hoga, achha DATA ye log kuch man pasand Londo ko yaa londiyo ko dete hai. baki pura din ya toh DND customer ko dial kar kar ke pareshan karwate hai, yaa toh idle pe, per day tumhara 2 ghante ka target hota hai TALK TIME ka agar nhi hua toh LOP(Absent) mark hoga paisa nhi milega, ya toh 2 ghanta Talk time ya toh Flooor average TT hona chahiye, jo ki 100% 2 ghante jitna hi hota hai, bich bich me unke dialer me se Autometic TT kam bhi hota hai, FATAL par 5000rs salary deduction har din 2 ghanta time shift Extend karwate hai ye BSDWL log...Read More

After you fill out the form after giving 2 to 3 rounds of interview, she will just simply start ghosting you. Won't pick up your calls and won't reply on messages. No respect for the people who are being interviewed. Seems the company with most unethical culture. Will also tell you to join within 15 days ditching your current employers. Hardly does salary negotiations as well. Their salary is fixed for role before hiring. In short company offers very unethical hiring process and has no respect for new comers....Read More

Salary for freshers is good.

There protocalls(policy of FATAL) they want you have to attend 500-600 calls a day need 3 hours minimum talk time in day. Then gave you only 1:30 hours break which is very less. And partiality happens regarding extra CRM excess for few persons. If customer asked for Refund due to Customer support team behavior they will minus in your next month target. And incentives also less

They keep an eye on you all the time, they have problems with you friends, they want you to finish your lunch within 15 mins and come back. No salary increment for anyone in the department from last 4 years. Only managers got salary increment, rest we all are just working working and working. HR will promise that incentives will be given to you but the managers will give 30% of that variable. Useless.... So many things and no time to waste on this organization. They chose people to whom wfh can be given but when we ask wfh.. the policy beholds everything....Read More

Everyone will agree with toothsi management is not good but the bond between TL and counseler is Excellent and bond with councellor where so good as it feels it's our second home as we have good bonds as we use to come office by 10and leave by 10 it's 12 hrs job and due to friends motivation we use to stay and work for long hrs
