Good salary for a fresher. And high job security. It’s a good place for a family man to settle.

The below pointers completely depend on the team you get placed in. 1. The IT culture in the team was very suffocating. (Especially in HOSUR plant) 2. The work life balance is completely up and down. And if u get into few projects you will have to work even on Sundays. 3. The pressureto deliver is completely in an unimaginable high. 4.
