Teammates were good. Opportunities for skill development and training are good. Job security is very good.

I worked in UltraTech approx 08 years but it was very difficult to get promotion. There is no time limit for working. Compensation & growth is slow. For growth you have to move to another location which effects the family life of employee.

Work Details

Work was challenging as I had to look after security, fire, house keeping, weigh bridge , union activities etc. There was fix time for incoming on duty but no any timing to leave the office. Besides it, always I had to come very frequently in plant.

Company policies good, job security good. Work culture partially good, worst class management.

Implementation of policies is very poor and polictics is very much high in top management levels it reflects reputation, bad image of the organization and right person who really working employee cannot get the right opportunity and improvements, likewise favoritism, no space, groupism, targeting, etc... all available, Exact appraisal is not happening, personalizing the problems etc, sometimes behavior of management like single owners company styles, and not like carporate company.......Read More
