Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus year.

Dislikes

We Wanted to continue job with Ultratech Cement RMC Division but unfortunately we were force to give resign from the job, if the company had given us a chance to prove & If the company had transferred us to another place, it would have worked.

Work Details

I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Every Employees were work with Team Spirit. Each and Every person were helpful. All were working like One Team One Family.

Dislikes

I wanted to be part of Ultratech Cement ltd but Unfortunately I am not a part of the Company. Company management were force us to give resign in Covid.

Work Details

I had total 9.2 years Experience in Ultratech. Updating DPR, Incident reports, Puching Schedule and Flash Orders in OPS system.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
