Good environment . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Some government employees behaviour is bad. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

The company hire on contractual basis agreement for 11 months and after that company renews contract. There was no career growth. I was satisfied with one thing that is it was a government department so atmosphere was very friendly with colleagues. Employees always helped me in resolving any issue. There was no fixed time for shift.Salary/appraisal got increase according to contract order. I learned many things about UPPCL govt department there....Read More

There was no growth for employee who is working on contractual basis. Infrastructure was not so good. I have to work for 12 hours and sometimes seniors ask to work in sunday also.

Work Details

My work was to take the payment from the customers and deposit customers electricity bill. I just have to pay the electricity bill for the customers. After that i have to checkout emails of our seniors than discuss and resolve that issue.

The staff of the company is very supportive and job security is too much. Work load is up to the normal level. As a result we have many things to learn there and the confidence level also grown up.
