The managers are inhuman . They don't care about your work just you have to buttering them and most importantly if you don't know then you will not survive . No work life balance , you have to work more than 12 hours , sometimes in sunday also . No leaves opportunity here. If you want to ruin your career then you should join here but for the upper management roles are shorted

Culture is worst, there is no job security for Contractual employees who work as BDA. After 9 months they will anyhow fire or end your contract. Fake promises if you work hard you will be promoted. No growth expectation.

No work life balance. For BDA they offer contractual job and they can fire you any time. Even on Sunday you have to work. Managers are dump. They will not understand your problem. Some managers are really very helpful but most of them are useless. They pay good but will squeeze you for that.
