Nothing to like about this company. DO NOT JOIN. This company ruins careers. FEMALE SAFETY IS A MAJOR ISSUE. Company will not support the females even when harrassed by their male staff.

Dislikes

Staff Count - 125 in 25 years of existence (whatsapp groups have more members) Job Stability - None. Attrition - Extremely High as they keep firing people without reason. For the company, PIP is a tool to fire employees and many times even that is not used. Women Safety - Company doesn't care Politics - 10+ years Admin staff without any actual past career apart from V Group will just gossip and hog credit than work. Culture - TOXIC TO THE CORE Work Life Balance - Company fires employees if they use this word....Read More
