Work culture is definitely good but for a person who are aspiring to grow 'PA to Principal ' is not the right job. There are plenty of experienced people from whom you can learn.

Dislikes

Company policies towards any employee are very tricky. Everywhere there's chance of pay cut and not a good hike . Salary structure is very low.

Work Details

Work life was not bad, I got to learn new things from the head . There were people who were patient and cooperative. But growthwise and salarywise I was not happy and heavily impacted during covid.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
