-Good diwali bonus -worked in head office which was pretty big and well maintained -On time salary (7th of every month) -No cuts and wfh during lockdown

Dislikes

-lower salary than market -long working hours (10-7.30) even longer in branches -not good for a fresher in growth perspective -they can switch your job role according to their needs -less increment and no increment during covid No insurance no team outings

Long work hours, 6 day week and most holidays working due to sales. So little work life balance.

Work pressure and unprofessional behaviour of a manager. I know a manager who used to do favouritism. He threaten me by saying If you share your concern,I will make sure you get transferred somewhere else. I don't know who post him as manager. Low confidence,No feelings,no empathy,no leadership.

If you come first shift but you can’t go proper time because if customer in showroom then you will attend customer so sales aren’t allow go wideout attend customer
