Vitesco is very good organization. I have been working with this organization from last 14 years. Overall culture and facilities are excellent.

Dislikes

For trainee engineer there is no future scope.

Company work culture has a positive outlook. Still operates in hybrid mode and none is forced to come to office. Training in technical tools are provided time to time. Occasional in site opportunities are provided. Automobile sector, mostly into electrification and power train design, so definitely has a good future business prospects.

Dislikes

Company is new, so still struggles in proper hierarchy and assigning responsibilities. Lack projects at this moment so most people in India are in providing support activites to international teams.
