Volkeswagen is good but Volkeswagen Mysore(KPR Cars ) is worst place to work . I'm in automobile field from 2004 to till date but I never experienced such a worst management team ever . Many Managers here have got promoted very quickly. But now they feel, reducing headcount/provides very low salary hike/holding promotions is very essential for cost cutting... as company is not doing good business this year(that's what they say every year). Infrastructure I can is ok not bad and management is also bit ok because you won’t be getting paid to the education rather you ll be paid for your experience and education doesn’t matter here that’s the only one drawback.
