It is a LALA company where you don't lose your job.

Dislikes

1) You don't get you salary on time (it's a 2 month delay) 2) There is no professionalism and ethics here. 3) HR is only puppet here. They are just there to cut your salary. If you are 1 second late, they cut you whole day salary. 4) Directors here treat you like a bandhua majdoor. 5) If they tell you your CTC is 5 LPA, consider it as a 4 LPA package because they cut your 20% salary in the name of bonus, gratuity, etc and which has never come back to you. 6) They never give you bonus and you get your hike in every 2 years which is maximum upto 8%. 7) When you resign, it means you made the worst decision because from that day onwards, the whole company starts harassing and abusing you. They put in all efforts to destroy your career so you don't join another company. Also be prepared that when you resign, you won't get your 2 months salary and also reliving and experience certificate. 8) They force you to work on sundays but don't give you compensatory holiday because they said there is no rules and regulations for this. 9) You only get 18 leaves in total, and if you think you will get compulsory govt. holidays, they don't give them and say they don't obey any govt. rules and regulations. 10) All the best if you still think to join this company. Be aware that all the promises they made are false. 11) I was working here for last 5 years and i only get 20% salary in all....Read More

Owners are very good, they listen to the grievances of Employees and solve them, and they are standing with the employee in tough times. Jaldi Jaldi apney employee ko nahi nikaltey hai, work performance ko improve karney ka full time detey hain.

If Some of the Ancient Pillars (more than 25 years employees) which are few, if they are not happy with you, aap jitney marzi honest hain , Loyal Hai, hardworking hai it doesn't matter . aap ko woh reward nahi milega jisko aap actual deserve karte hai.

*Salary 25% less than the Market standard. *Appraisal is below average, doesn't matter if you perform well. *Every year Appraisal will be delayed by 2-3 months. *They will not provide the pending salary after you resign.
