Likes

Since the team was small so individuals gets enough project experience and gets all type of work. The department team culture is good. Seniors are understanding the situation. Good training sessions are conducted.

Dislikes

The lack of transparency between the senior business team and employees. Lack of vision. Not matching profile with market. Underpaid. Sometimes the critical issue is overseen by HR.

The management was pretty good working like a team in the site and evry one support for problem solving and they are always welcoming to suggestions. happy to work with mai team.

there is no job security From the company if the Clint don't want us they just give demobilise in a month it's good to give some time like 2 to 3 months escape this every thing was great
