Less interference if you are at client location, don't know about HO Normal Reporting not like creating fancy useless doc or PDF's Employee issue addressal is good, at least for me friendly culture No uniform/formal compulsion flexible timings

Dislikes

Hike(Increment criteria is abstruse) will get what is pre-decided in my case INR 1000 No skill development program No promotion one week off partial public holidays No extra benefits
