1 Desks and racks fill with cockroaches. 2. Laptop conditions are not at all good at the time of they provide and they will hold some amount in our last month salary with showing damages. 3. Tea ( Tea is the stress relief for some people who are working under pressure, but they will give only 1 small cup of tea for a day). 4. Sports/Games : They will conduct sports events every year but they don't allow to practice after office hours also....Read More

1. No hikes from last 2 years onwards if ask they will say it's under process. 2. Micro Management. 3. They will provide one cup tea or coffee daily if you ask again they will say daily we will provide only one cup. 4. Worst HR and they will show off in office. 5. Management will say we are level 3 company but it's not equal to level 1 also. Totally worst company prefer not to join

Micro-management. Need to call sir and mam everyone. No corporate culture. No appraisel for hard work. Once go into company you cant come out. No skill development. They will treat you like slave during 3 months notice period. Will not negotiate even a single day.

1. There is no hikes for last two Years onwards if you ask they will say it's on process. 2. If you ask work from home or hikes then they say today is your last working day with immediate effect without notice. 3. The management's attitude towards employees is highly negative and disrespectful. Instead of valuing their contributions, they treat them as replaceable assets. 4. No job security. Office look like a government office. No life after the office. No coffee machine 😠😠. U have to come max Saturday for the satisfaction of ur seniors.

Nothing to like.u will get bored working. They are running office like a school and treating employee as a student. If u want to grow ur career,u have to be praise the management person and join their family group and be in their good book.The top management of these company are all of a same family.so u can understand anything happen with u.
