work culture is poor and less organized, no appreciation for extra input and efforts, no value for time and efforts, delay in salary disbursement, no value for extra time investment and without pay, always pressurizing for making money and giving excessive blood investigations to meet with daily targets, no respect or value for position as a doctor.
