The company is open to innovation. People enjoy coming to work and feel appreciated, acknowledged and rewarded. Creativity, productivity and thinking the box flourish.

Dislikes

Need more micro management inside the company. Right now management is good but i need the administration should focus more on employee needs. They should take employees outside once a month. They should increase more training session.
