There is no fix compensation for sales people for incentives. Will make you work like robots but won't pay you well enough.

Dislikes

No work life Balance, No Career Growth, Lot of Politics, CEO does Micromanagement with RM's, RMs do Micromanagement with MM's. You can't Innovate, You can't grow here. They follow strict Hire and Fire Policies.

Nothing good in working with this company. They will talk in a very bad tune to you everyday your success will never be appreciated. They expect sales conversion everyday by everyone and even if you give your 100% for them they won't care unless you get them business. Very rigid policies, bad culture and worst management. For sure the worst company in Education Sector to work for.

Dislikes

No Job Security at all, they can ask you to put resignation any fortnight just like that, even if you are doing good and giving your 100%. Lot of Politics and favouritism, no Innovative as the work culture is very rigid even at RM level you are just a puppet. Zero work life balance. Very bad work environment, I am not sure if even asingle employe is working happily with them. Bad travel policies, they don't communicate travel policies with you before you join and then you feel cheated. Food allowance policy is very very bad. No career growth as you end up in the same role for years and you can sent to any department within the company against your will just like that. Try to avoid working for them in all circumstances....Read More
